Kevin Sutton

Kevin is a Research Leader (Food Components & Functionality) in the Food and Biomaterials Innovation team at the New Zealand Institute for Crop & Food Research. His main research interests are: 1) the relationship between grain-based food biopolymer composition, structure, functionality and nutritional value, with a particular emphasis on gut health and glycaemic impact; and 2) the use of food derived biopolymers as bionanomaterials.
